Trevor Leuty

Trevor Leuty, who has been admitted as a solicitor for almost 40 years, acts as a consultant solicitor exclusively to Banks Kelly.

Trevor has a niche practice in motor industry work and has acted extensively for both well known manufacturers/importers and retail groups.

Trevor’s principal area of practice has been employment law, including advising on contracts and policies and representing parties before employment tribunals and in the High Court.  He has particular expertise in relation to post termination covenants, confidentiality issues and director’s fiduciary duties.

Trevor also has considerable experience of dealing with motor vehicle quality issues, vehicle leasing, trading standards, European and English competition law, trade marks and intellectual property and advising on commercial contracts.       

Trevor is a regular speaker at training events for solicitors and managers.
