Brad Upton

Brad is a Solicitor with experience across multiple departments within the firm. He prides himself on his friendly, personable approach to ensure the client feels calm and confident throughout the process.

Brad joined Banks Kelly in 2017 having graduated from Durham University with a degree in Geography. Brad completed his GDL in 2019 and LPC a year later in September 2020 at BPP’s London campus achieving a distinction. Brad qualified as a Solicitor in March 2022.

As part of his role now, Brad works in both the litigious and non-litigious areas of law, ranging from family matters to private client.

Outside of the office, Brad enjoys both watching and playing sports, in particular hockey, golf and cricket; having played hockey in top leagues in the UK and Australia. His most noticeable achievement is helping his university’s hockey team to win the National League North Conference in his final year of study.
