Niall Kelly joined the practice from Chester Law School in 1989 and remains here today as Managing Director. With over 30 years’ experience in commercial, civil and family litigation, Niall heads up a strong team at Banks Kelly. He has been a member of the Law Society Family Law panel for over 20 years. Niall is also a Privy Council Agent and has undertaken a number of cases for International Clients.
Niall takes pride in fostering close relationships with his clients which enables him to better understand and meet their individual and commercial needs.
Niall places great emphasis on integrity and loyalty, and is a dedicated family man who is married with two children. When he finds the time, Niall enjoys travelling and is a sports enthusiast with a particular interest in Rugby and Golf.
